Margaret BROWNING 
Margaret was born on June 30th, 1787 in Caswell Co., N. C.. Margaret's father was Joshua BROWNING Sr. and her mother was Margaret RANKIN. Her paternal grandparents were John Browning and Elizabeth DEMAREST. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Joshua R., John, Anne, Mary and Nancy. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Thomas, James, Edmund Woodville, Jacob, John, Hannah, Annie, Mary Malinda and Jennie. She died at the age of 84 on August 1st, 1871 in Rockdale, GA..-
