Frank A. BROWNING

Frank A. was born after 1838.  Frank A.'s father was James Duncan BROWNING and his mother was Harriet WALLACE.  His paternal grandparents were Abner BROWNING and Elizabeth DUNCAN. He had two brothers and a sister, named James, Zachariah and Mary Eliza.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
