Jennet's baptism took place on August 25th, 1767 in Cawthorne by Barnsley.1  Jennet's father was George Senior (Taylor) and her mother was Rachel Naylor (of Cawthorne).  Her paternal grandparents were George Senior (Hoylandswaine) and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were William Nailor and Mary. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Timothy, Isaac, JOHN, William, Ebenezer, Zacharias, Mary and Sophia.

‌Jennet and David were married in a religious ceremony on May 16th, 1786 in Cawthorne Near, Silkstone, Yorkshire, England.1
