Isaac was born on October 29th, 1771 and his baptism took place on October 29th, 1771 in Cawthorne by Barnsley.1  Isaac's father was George Senior (Taylor) and his mother was Rachel Naylor (of Cawthorne).  His paternal grandparents were George Senior (Hoylandswaine) and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were William Nailor and Mary. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Timothy, JOHN, William, Ebenezer, Zacharias, Mary, Sophia and Jennet.
