Margarett was born in 1640 and her baptism took place on August 21st, 1640 in Lodsworth.1   Margarett's father was Mathew Steere and her mother is Joane Lee.  Her paternal grandfather was Mathew Steare and her paternal grandmother is Mary Bridger. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Mathew, Nicholas, Joane, Mary, Jane, Mary and Elizabeth.  She was the seventh oldest of the nine children.  Margarett is no longer alive.
