Rhoda was born on October 24th, 1799 in Wisborough Green, Sussex and her baptism took place there on November 17th, 1799.1   Rhoda's father is Robert Steer and her mother is Elizabeth Tanner. She had two brothers and a sister, named William, James and Hannah.  She was the third oldest of the four children.  Rhoda is no longer alive.
