Martha was born in 1742 in Billingshurst and her baptism took place there on June 28th, 1742.1  Martha's father is James Steer and her mother was Mary. She had five sisters named Mary, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth and Kessiah.  She was the youngest of the six children.  Martha is no longer alive.
