Maria was born in 1821 and her baptism took place on October 7th, 1821 in Petworth.1  Maria's father is Benjamin Steer and her mother is Elizabeth Dillaway. She had two brothers named Benjamin and William.  She was the oldest of the three children.  Maria is no longer alive.
