Hariet Steer

Hariet was born in 1872 in Macclesfield, Cheshire.¹

Hariet's father was William Steer and her mother was Julia. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Steer and Jane Smith. She had three brothers and a sister, named George, Tom, Walter and Eliza. She was the youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named William, Agnes, Annie and Nellie.
