Elizabeth was born in 1866 in Stopham, Sussex and her baptism took place there on March 11th, 1866.1 2  Elizabeth's father was John Steer and her mother is Ellen steer. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John, William, Edwin, Robert, Alice and Emma.  Elizabeth is no longer alive.
