Charlotte was born in 1815 in Billingshurst and her baptism took place there on April 21st, 1815.1  Charlotte's father is Edmund Steer and her mother is Charlotte. She had a sister named Elisabeth.  She was the older of the two children.  Charlotte is no longer alive.
