Phinehas' baptism took place on May 14th, 1749 in North Bradley.1  Phinehas' father was James Read and his mother was Ann.  His paternal grandparents were John Read and Elizabeth. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Alexander, Bathsheba and Sarah.  He died in 1750.  He was buried on February 4th, 1750 in North Bradley.2
