Elizabeth's baptism took place on April 20th, 1767 in North Bradley.1  Elizabeth's father was James Aven and her mother was Rachel Read.  Her paternal grandparents were Edward Avon and Betty. She had five brothers and a sister, named James, John, James, William, Benjamin and Mary.
