Catherine's baptism took place on October 18th, 1825 in Uny Lelant Cornwall.1  Catherine's father was Samuel Weare and her mother was Ann Leacher.  Her paternal grandfather was Weare and her paternal grandmother is <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were James Leacher and Ann Ninnis. She had a brother and a sister, named Samuel and Betsy.
