Samuel Stickland (East Budleigh)

Samuel was born in 1785 and his baptism took place on January 9th, 1786 in East Budleigh.

Samuel's father was Samuel Stickland and his mother was Grace Leigh. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Stickland and Mary Seamer. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, William, Ann, Elizabeth and Isabella. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 41 on October 12th, 1826. He was buried in East Budleigh, All Saints Churchyard.¹
