Mary Jane Staniland 
Mary was born in 1853.1 Mary's father was John Staniland and her mother was Eliza. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Staniland and Jane Barley. She had five brothers and a sister, named George, Stephen, John, John, Barley and Ann. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
