Diana Simpson

Diana was born on November 9th, 1826 in Speymouth, Moray, Scotland.¹   Diana's father was William Simpson and her mother was Rebekah Rack.  Her paternal grandparents were William Simpson and Rachel; her maternal grandparents were William Rack (of Brocklesby) and Sarah Mumby (of Keelby). She had four brothers and four sisters, named George, James, John, George, Rachel, Sarah, Rebecca and Jane.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She had a half-brother named Thomas.  She died at the age of 74 in 1900 in Forres.¹
