Maude was born in 1876 in 10 Netley Street, Paddington and her baptism took place on December 3rd, 1876 in St Saviour, Paddington conducted by Vicar Thos:Nolan.1  Maude's father was Charles William Shambrook and her mother was Matilda Williams.  Her paternal grandfather was William Shambrook and her paternal grandmother is <Unknown>. She had a brother named Frank.  She was the older of the two children.
