George was born after 1731. George's father was George Senior (of Silkston) and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were John Senior (of Silkston) and Martha Biltcliff. He had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Geo., George, Martha, Eliz., Ann, Rebekah and Martha.  He died in 1790.  He was buried on April 30th, 1790 in Cawthorne near Silkstone.1
