Thomas was born on September 10th, 1704 and his baptism took place on September 10th, 1704 in North Nibley, Gloucester.1 2  Thomas' father was John Pegler and his mother was Hannah Hicks. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 14 on August 21st, 1719.2
