Richard was born on September 4th, 1703 and his baptism took place on September 7th, 1703 in North Nibley, Gloucester.1  Richard's father was John Pegler and his mother was Hannah Hicks. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Mary.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at 2 months old on November 15th, 1703.
