Winifred was born on July 16th, 1883.1   Winifred's father was William Arthur Fenton and her mother was Estella Knight.  Her paternal grandparents were William Fenton and Hannah Wood. She had two sisters named Estella and Constance.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 90 on December 4th, 1973.1
