Semers was born on September 11th, 1606.  Semers' father was Richard KIRTON and his mother was Susanna KIRTON.  His paternal grandparents were John KIRTON and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Joan and Joan.  He was the oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Richard, Edward, William, Elinore, Grace and Frances.
