Place or Subject: Covenant by Kyrton to submit to the ratings of the Court of Wards and Liveries should any dispute arise concerning the grant made to him under Letters Patent of 14 Dec 1609 of all sums due to the Crown on any lease of the property of Charles, Duke of Suffolk, deceased, held in trust by the Court of Wards for Frances, Duchess of Suffolk, daughter and co-heir of the late of the late Duke, since the death of the Duchess of Suffolk, daughter and co-heir of the late Duke, since the death of the Duchess and before the feast of the Annunciation 1608.
