Charlotte was born in 1880.  Charlotte's father was Alfred [Arthur] KERTON and her mother was Mary Jane  Millard. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Alfred , William, Harry, Ellen, Emily and Eva.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.
