    Covenant by (1) to convey by bargain & sale in rolled at request of Edmund Dunch To (3) Manor of Thorppe Mandevill, Cowe close, Ash Close (alias Ashe plott), new ground & meadow adjoining, the hay grounde, the grove, and hay coppice, the upper grounds (alias Clarkes Closes), the grove mead, the middle grove, Austickes close & meadow, Dillons close & meadow, Stonepitt feild alias new feild, the hanging mill, Chappell close, the Wheat close, barley close (1) & honey peece of messuage in Thorppe Mandevill (occupied by John Mayor, Edwd Gyles, Izabell Lovell, Joane Warde, Wm Tarran, Jn Bassett, Thos Reynolds & Hugh Rodgers & watermills house, backside of little hamme, etc etc and all jurisdiction, [...] , leases etc (except a lease from Thomas Kirton grandfather of T.K. to Wm Wrighter of Inner Temple, London dated 29 September, 42 Elizabeth [ ] of mess. (see. Hy. Porter), Little close adjoining, a close enclosed by Rd Westopher between Washwell pasture ground & new feild, dole meadow, Fernie close, of messuage etc [...] (occupied by Rd Bull).
    For marriage of Thomas Kirton & Mary Dunch & £2300 to (1), (3) to be tenants to a recovery by (4), Thomas Kirton Vouchee, to various uses.
    (a) Mansion house for Cowe Close & ash close to use of Dorothy Kirton for life or until remarriage, then Thomas Kirton, Mary Dunch & there is me.
    (b) New Ground & n.g. meadow, hay ground, hay office, hanging hill, grove & all fishponds To Dorothy Kirton for life (jointure), then Thomas Kirton & heirs by Mary Dunch.
    (c) Upper grounds, grove mead, middle grave, Dillons close, Millham meadow, wheate Close, Chappell Close Barley Close, honey peece, [...] close & meadow, stonefitts feild & messuages (occupied by John May, Wm Tarran, Jn Bassett, Thos Reynolds & Hugh Rodgers) to Thomas Kirton & Mary Dunch for life of Thomas Kirton then Mary Dunch for life in heir of jointure & daren, then settled on heirs male of their sons in turn or in default in all their daughters & heirs.
