    3rd. son: Stephen Kirton, b. c. 1400, later of Wooton, Wilts.
    dau.      : Joan (mentioned in DNB as leaving Sir Edmund a bequest in her will.)
    4th.  son: Sir Edmund Kirton, b.c. 1405, Abbot of Westminster, d. 1466.
    5th.  son: Thomas Kirton of London, b.c. 1410; wrote his will 1489
    dau.      :  Grace(5) Kirton, mentioned by name in Thomas' 1489 will, so then still alive.
    6th. son:  John(2) Kirton, b.c. 1415, of Devonshire, died before 1503 when his will proved.
