Matsusaburo was born on December 2nd, 1872 in Fukushima, Japan.  Matsusaburo's father was Kichi matsu Motoi and his mother was Matsu Asai.  His paternal grandfather is Otohachi Motoi.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 76 on August 15th, 1949 in Aizu Wakamatsu City, Jodo Temple Grounds.
