Richard was born on May 6th, 1912. Richard's father was Oscar Adler and his mother was Therese Steiner. His paternal grandparents are Samuel Adler and Wilhelmina Weiss; his maternal grandparents are Stefan Steiner and Katharina Schmid. He was an only child. He died from cancer at the age of 60 on May 26th, 1972.
