Welcome all. My name is Stephen Tobias, born in Melbourne, now living with my wife Delma (nee Shaw), children Evan and Nicole, in Cairns Queensland.

A few years ago, I started this project with a mild interest in assembling my children's Family Tree, and co-ordinating the scraps of information I had gleaned from various sources about the 4 Tobias brothers who emmigrated from Stisted, Essex, England to the Victorian Bright / Wandiligong alpine region in the 1850's. It has since turned into a bit of an obsession (according to my wife and family).

It is by no means complete, and is very much a work-in-progress. Please feel free to contact me with any additional information, whether related by blood or marriage - I am always looking for new cousins! This version was uploaded in October 2010
