Mavis Lillian was born on December 9th, 1916 in Brunswick, Victoria. Mavis Lillian's father was Arthur Robert PROSSER and her mother was Lillian Florence May CLUGSTON.  Her paternal grandparents were William John PROSSER and Elizabeth Amelia ARTHUR; her maternal grandparents were John Thomas CLUGSTON and Helena Victoria BURGIN. She had a brother and four sisters, named Arthur William John, Myrtle Elizabeth, Phyllis, Alma Joyce and Margaret Arthurene.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 82 on May 6th, 1999.  She was buried in Fawkner Cemetery (Prayer Garden).
