Jules Andrew was born in 1898 in Wandiligong.1  Jules Andrew's father was Andrew Ross FAULKNER and his mother was Marie Louise DAGON.  His paternal grandparents were William FAULKNER and Ellen Anne SWAN. He had four brothers and four sisters, named James Alex, Ross Percival, George Edward, William Manton, Alice Louise, Margaret Ellen, Edith Grace and Jean Mavis.  He was the third oldest of the nine children.  He died in 1898.
