Ruth Marion CARTER

Ruth Marion was born in April 1928. Ruth Marion's father was Donald Arthur CARTER and her mother was Eva Marion Elizabeth FISHER. Her maternal grandparents were Edward FISHER and Elizabeth Ann TOBIAS. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Bernard Arthur, John Edward, Alan, Hazel Lillian and Iris. She is the oldest of the six children.
