Lynda Stewart

Lynda was born on August 1st, 1846 in Sydney, NSW.¹ Lynda's father was John Stewart and her mother was Lydia Bates. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Stewart and Mary Bowman; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Bates and Ann Griffin. She had eight brothers and a sister, named John, James, William, Robert, Nathaniel, Joseph, George, Charles and Mary. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at just 5 days old on August 6th, 1846 in Sydney, NSW. She was buried on August 8th, 1846 in Devonshire Street (Central) Cemetery, Sydney NSW.²²
