Birth Notes
- NSW Birth Cert No. 33413/1887 states that Sarah A SAMMON was born in 1887 in Queanbeyan. Her father was Henry I SAMMON and her mother was Annie M SAMMON (nee Clayton)

Sarah's father was Henry John Sammon and her mother was Annie Marie Clayton. Her maternal grandparents were George Clayton and Sarah Bates. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Nat, James, George, Snow, Lily or Lillie, Sarah, Florence, Ethel and Ada. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 68 on September 23rd, 1955 in Redfern, NSW.²

Death Notes
- NSW Death Cert No. 30242/1955 states that, in 1955, Sarah Annie MCHUGH Died in the district if Redfern. Her father's name was Henry John SAMMON and her mother's name was Annie SAMMON (nee Clayton).
  
  The Ryerson Index has an entry that states that...
  "Sarah Annie McHUGH died on the 23rd September 1955, late of Botany. This death notice appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald dated
  27-SEP-1955."
