- NSW Birth Cert No. 19962/1908 states that Lydia E A SAMMON was born in 1908 in Waterloo. His father was George E SAMMON and his mother was Emily I SAMMON (nee Collis).

Lydia's father was George Edward Sammon and her mother was Emily Henrietta Collis. Her paternal grandparents were Henry John Sammon and Annie Marie Clayton. She had a brother named George. She died at the age of 1 in December 1909. The funeral took place on December 23rd, 1909 in 15 Elizabeth-street, Waterloo, NSW and was arranged by Joseph Medcalf - Undertaker, Redfern. She was buried on December 23rd, 1909 in Botany Cemetery.²
