Anna was born on March 23rd, 1819 in Rüllschau, Denmark.  Anna's father was Owe Owesem and her mother was Anna Maria Andersen.  Her paternal grandparents were Claus Owesen and Helena Christina Jacobsen. She had a brother and two sisters, named Asmus, Anna and Elina.  She was the second youngest of the four children.  She died at the age of 69 on March 8th, 1889 in Rosgaard, Denmark.
