Caroline Anne Lorenzen (Karoline)

Caroline, known as Annie, was born on January 5th, 1857 in Tondern, Denmark.¹

Annie's father was Peter Andersen Lorenzen and her mother was Mette Christina Hansen. Her paternal grandparents were Christian Lorenzen and Karen Andreasen; her maternal grandparents were Peter Christian Hansen and Metta (Mary) Christina Asmussen. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Christian, Peter, Margaretha and Mette. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died due to a medical problem, Cerebral Haemorrhage, at the age of 69 on January 24th, 1926 in Coast Hospital, Little Bay, Randwick, NSW. The funeral took place on January 27th, 1926 in Rookwood Cemetery, NSW and was arranged by T J Andrews. She was buried on January 27th, 1926 in CofE Rookwood Cemetery, NSW.²²
