Sarah Harriet Alce Green

Sarah was born on May 23rd, 1844 in Milson's Point, NSW.¹ Sarah's father was George Green and her mother was Maria Bates. Her paternal grandparents were Amaziah John Green and Mary Ann Chapel; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Bates and Ann Griffin. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named George, Henry, Richard, Robert, James, William, Charles, Mary, Agnes and Charlotte. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 84 on August 2nd, 1928 in Artarmon, NSW.¹
