  NSW Birth Certs No. V18309980 1C/1830 (& V1830221 14/1830) state that, in 1830, Ann CLAYTON was born. Her father's name was Joseph CLAYTON and her mother's name was Elizabeth CLAYTON (nee Allmon).

Anne's father was Joseph Clayton and her mother was Elizabeth Allmon. Her maternal grandparents were William Allmon and Elizabeth Wells. She had four brothers and a sister, named Joseph, George, Thomas, James and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the six children. She had two half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Peter, Thomas, Maria, Matilda, Caroline, Julia, Julia, Sarah and Mary. She died at the age of 41 on May 6th, 1872 in Pitt and Park Streets. The funeral took place on May 7th, 1872 in Pitt and Park Streets and was arranged by JAMES CURTIS. She was buried on May 7th, 1872 in Central Cemetary, Sydney NSW.¹²³
