Peter was born on September 24th, 1753 in Husby, Denmark.1   Peter's father was Nicolai Björnsen and his mother was Anna Maria Caspersen.  His paternal grandparents were Jens Björnsen and Anna Catharina Marquardsen; his maternal grandparents were Christian Caspersen and Catharina Hansen.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 129 on March 13th, 1883 in Lutzhöft, Denmark.1
