Teresa (Tess) Mary Healy

Teresa (Tess), known as Tess or K, was born on July 18th, 1909 in O'Donnell's Paddock, Port Kembla, NSW delivered by Dr Hunter & Mrs Peterson and her baptism.¹ Tess or K's father was Michael Dwyer Healy and her mother was Anne (Annie) Halberstaedter. Her paternal grandparents were John Healy and Mary Dwyer; her maternal grandparents were Adolf Halberstaedter and Ann Feran. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Ginger, Jack, Des, Brian, Molly, Nancy, Kitty and Ursula. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 70 on June 25th, 1980 in Bankstown Hospital, NSW. The funeral took place on December 2nd, 1984 in Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Chatswood, NSW and was arranged by The UNSW, Kensington, NSW. Her body disposition was by some other unspecified means on March 21st, 2008 in Her ashes were cast on the waters of Sydney Harbour..²³²

Death Notes
- Upon the death of Therese M. Kinscher, (at Bankstown Hospital, NSW on the 25-Jun-1980) it has been her wish that her remains be donated to the Uni of NSW for medical research and upon conclusion, that her remains be cremated, (at the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Chatswood, NSW on the 2-Dec-1984) and that her ashes be returned to her son. It was her further wish that her ashes be cast on the waters of Sydney Harbour, between The Heads. This final wish was performed at 9:50 am on Good Friday 21-Mar-2008.
