Mary Elizabeth Patricia Halberstater

Mary, known as Mamie, was born on December 31st, 1909 in Qld, Australia.¹

- Qld Birth Cert No. 1910/C8838 states that the birth was registered in 1910 of Elizabeth Halberstater. Her farther's name was Maurice Halberstater and her mother's name was Elizabeth Halberstater (nee O'Donnell).

Mamie's father was Maurice Joseph Halberstater and her mother was Elizabeth (Lizzie) Margaret O'Donnell. Her paternal grandparents were Adolf Halberstaedter and Ann Fearn; her maternal grandparents were William John O'Donnell and Mary Anne Clancy. She had three brothers named Kevin, Jack and Bill. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 79 in 1988.
