Phyllis was born on August 17th, 1910 in 'Clifton' Upper Avenue Road, Mosman NSW delivered by Dr F W Doak.1  Phyllis' father was Harold Victor Boughtwood and her mother was Frances (Fanny) Mary Susan Moore.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Oxley Boughtwood and Annie  Matilda (Unknown); her maternal grandparents were John Thomas Moore and Elizabeth Ann Cartwright. She had a sister named Bunny.  She was the older of the two children.  She died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 92 on December 2nd, 2002 in Wyoming Aged Care Facility, Wyoming (Gosford), Central Coast, NSW.  The funeral took place on December 5th, 2002 in Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Chatswood, NSW.  She was cremated on December 5th, 2002 in Northern Suburbs Crematorium NSW.2 2
