Domingo was born on August 5th, 1921 in Gibraltar.1   Domingo's father was Alfredo SANCHEZ and his mother was Victoria TORRES.  His paternal grandparents were Domingo SANCHEZ and Ana VIAGAS; his maternal grandparents were Anselmo TORRES and Maria MARTINEZ. He had two brothers named Anselmo and Angel.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died due to a respiratory problem and/or pneumonia at the age of 77 on March 13th, 1999 at 22 Governor's Meadow House.  The funeral took place in Gibraltar.  His burial was in Gibraltar.2
