Joseph RAWLINGSON

Joseph was born on July 18th, 1879 in Poslingford and his baptism took place there on May 2nd, 1880. Joseph's father was William RAWLINGSON and his mother was Elizabeth RAMPLIN. His paternal grandparents were John RAWLINGSON and Mary LONG. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Charles, John, Albert, Alfred, Lucy, Emmeline and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died as a war casualty at the age of 37 on July 20th, 1916 in France. His body was never found.
