William MORTLOCK

William was born in 1854 in Shimpling. William's father was George MORTLOCK and his mother was Frances Jane WOODGATE. His paternal grandparents were Edward MORTLOCK and Mary Ann RAIMAN. He had two brothers and two sisters, named George, John, Eliza and Anna. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Luke, Jane, Lucy, Kate, Amelia and Hannah. He died at the age of 69 on February 27th, 1923 in Burton upon Trent.
