Priscilla was born on March 17th, 1765 in Shimpling.  Priscilla's father was Samuel MORTLOCK and her mother was Mary CLARK.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard MORTLOCK and Elizabeth. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, John, Abraham, Richard, William, Mary and Elizabeth.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 64 on September 13th, 1829 in Lavenham.
