James MORTLOCK

James was born on January 31st, 1864 in Shimpling. James' father was Robert MORTLOCK and his mother was Ann SPARKE. His paternal grandparents were Edward MORTLOCK and Mary Ann RAIMAN; his maternal grandparents were Thomas SPARKE and Unknown. He had a brother and five sisters, named Frederick, Sophia, Louisa, Julia, Alice and Ursula. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He died as an infant at 7 months old on September 28th, 1864 in Shimpling.
