Alfred Robert MORTLOCK

Alfred was born on January 13th, 1871 in Shimpling. Alfred's father was Alfred MORTLOCK and his mother was Ann DRAKE. His paternal grandparents were John MORTLOCK and Melinda ALLINGTON. He had a sister named Morrie. He was the younger of the two children. He had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Walter, Harry, Edgar, Herbert, George, Walter and Ruth. He died at the age of 82 on November 30th, 1953 in Ridley.

- Fined 5s for assault (IJ, 26/12/96). Presented for perjury for accusing the rector of threatening to shoot him.
